Firefighter convocation

The third graders at PLE wanted to do something nice for the LOFS fire department as a thank you for choosing our third graders to receive pizza during lunchtime.  PLE decided to have a 3rd grade coin jar wars competition.  Students could bring in a penny, nickel, dime, or quarter.   We are delighted to report the amount of money collected was $689.43.  Way to go third grade students and teachers!
